  Highly recommend this location because of the excellent customer service I received today from Desmond. I initially came in to get help with voicemail but he was patient and got me set up with a new phone because of all the issues I was having with the old one. He went above and beyond with helping me even after I left by phone getting everything perfect. He is awesome and AT&T is lucky to have him as an employee.

  I do not patronize AT&T I don't like their phone company their cable company or anything else that they do that rips people off when it comes to price and customer service for that matter!

  Very pleased with my service from Mike! I got a charger from Mike several months ago and he was so helpful that I told him I was coming back to buy a new phone from him when it was time. Today was the day and I texted Mike and he was there waiting on me and got me in and out in about 30 minutes. Mike should be running the place!

  I do not usually go to this store but the previous encounter here was displeasing. When I first walked in I was not greeted nor had any assistance, normally this wouldn't concern me but I was pretty lost entering. When the next few customers walked in they were greeted and helped as soon as a foot was set inside. Granted the previous time I visited here was excellent, returning alone made me think this was not the best place to go

  Came here a while back to purchase some accessories for my phone and was pleasantly surprised by their great customer service. Mayra helped me find what I needed and even presented some options that I wasn't aware of. She also helped me set up my Direct TV account. I got a great deal and couldn't be happier with my experience. I would recommend asking for her when you visit.
