::Highly recommend this location because of the excellent customer service I received today from Desmond. I initially came in to get help with voicemail but he was patient and got me set up with a new phone because of all the issues I was having with the old one. He went above and beyond with helping me even after I left by phone getting everything perfect. He is awesome and AT&T is lucky to have him as an employee.

::Very pleased with my service from Mike! I got a charger from Mike several months ago and he was so helpful that I told him I was coming back to buy a new phone from him when it was time. Today was the day and I texted Mike and he was there waiting on me and got me in and out in about 30 minutes. Mike should be running the place!

::I do not usually go to this store but the previous encounter here was displeasing. When I first walked in I was not greeted nor had any assistance, normally this wouldn't concern me but I was pretty lost entering. When the next few customers walked in they were greeted and helped as soon as a foot was set inside. Granted the previous time I visited here was excellent, returning alone made me think this was not the best place to go

::Came here a while back to purchase some accessories for my phone and was pleasantly surprised by their great customer service. Mayra helped me find what I needed and even presented some options that I wasn't aware of. She also helped me set up my Direct TV account. I got a great deal and couldn't be happier with my experience. I would recommend asking for her when you visit.
