  Fast, courteous and no nonsense assistance. Q was very polite and got me in fast and got done what I needed to be done for my phone. Awesome service! I recommend to see for yourself before reading the bad reviews!

  Went to att and need phones,watch, and upgrade to the iphone x Chris and Caroline we professional,knowledgeable, and personable. 10 stars Highly recommend!!!!

  Walked in, and no one greeted me; it looked like all the reps were busy... so I waited. 10 minutes later, a man walks in, he is greeted, and asked what he needs... ?!? A lady who was being taken care of said that I have to let them know I am there... really? When there were only 4 other customers in the store? DIY customer service is not what I expect from ATT. I really hope this is an anomaly, and not the norm for you guys!

  Horrible customer service and attention to buyers. Walked in and waited 10 minutes totally disregarded by five employees sitting around doing nothing. Walked out with no any employees saying a word. Hostess totally ignored us. She was more interested in her phone than paying customers. Horrible brand representation. There are clear motivational management issues here. I would give them a zero star.
