::Walked in, and no one greeted me; it looked like all the reps were busy... so I waited. 10 minutes later, a man walks in, he is greeted, and asked what he needs... ?!? A lady who was being taken care of said that I have to let them know I am there... really? When there were only 4 other customers in the store? DIY customer service is not what I expect from ATT. I really hope this is an anomaly, and not the norm for you guys!

::Horrible customer service and attention to buyers. Walked in and waited 10 minutes totally disregarded by five employees sitting around doing nothing. Walked out with no any employees saying a word. Hostess totally ignored us. She was more interested in her phone than paying customers. Horrible brand representation. There are clear motivational management issues here. I would give them a zero star.
