  Worst service ever. They couldn’t help me solve a problem with my phone number transfer. The woman who helped me was HORRIBLE, kept rolling her eyes and was so rude. I basically had an entire conversation with the manager through her. Go to the store on Tatum and Cactus- they solved my problem immediately and were so nice about it.

  I love it because there's nice people there and they respect you and they talk to you if you need something

  Josh the rep applied a through review of my problem with knowledge and a professional and courteous attitude. The store manager Eddie was friendly and provided oversight. I would recommend this location to others.

  Daemeon helped me and he was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, HONEST and polite. 5 stars for Daemeon, thanks for the iPhone X and iPad!

  Although the costumer service (Henry) was GREAT I really wished I would have stuck to the phone I wanted instead of the one that was “better” ..... now I’m stuck with a phone I don’t want or have to pay to give it back . Fml🤦🏻‍♀️
