  I fr4eaking hate THE STUPIS GUY I NEEDED A SIM CARD AND PHONE NUMBER AND IT WAS 15 MINUTES FOR THE STORE to CLOSE And THEY WERE HELP ! DAMN CUSTOMER AND THEY ARE LIKE HONEY NO I CANNOT JUST COME TOMMOROPW HORRIBLE PEOPLE I FREAKING HATE THEM THEY RUINED MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We went to this place looking for help, but first when we got there no one come to us to offer us some kind of help, we waited there for 30 minutes before one of the sales man come to us, his name was Roberto which it was the worst experience ever with this man, he was so rude, he literally told me I was crazy, he made us feel horrible, we asked questions, his answers was totally non sense, definitely I had to leave that place because they way we were treated by ROBERTO was the worst and I wont recomend anybody this sales man or this place, after all we went to other at&t store in scarsdale, the people there help us with our products and we left that Scarsdale branch happy !!

  Great costumer service. BUT DONT RELY ON THIER ONLNE COVERAGE MAP. Non of them is accurate... not eve Verizon, you have to check with people in you're neighborhood to see how the coverage is.
