  Due to past experiences I have avoided this location (JC) for some time. But recently I had a problem with my phone while in the area so I took my chances. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Even though my issue took quite a while to resolve, the manager was so helpful and patient....and funny....Omg...I felt like I was visiting an old friend. The new staff in this store is fabulous and I will be making this my "go to" store from now on. Thank you Marcus 😁

  Came in with a difficult situation from the local Best Buy (I will never go to them again) and in spite of not purchasing my phone from them they helped me through it. They also got me on a better plan and I was able to upgrade my wife’s phone and get a second business phone for about what I was already paying. If I could give 10 stars I would!
