  Been coming to ATO since Day 1 and before they opened up since Aven is my stylist. I’ve being going to her for all my cuts, styling & color for almost 10years, she’s excellent at what she does. Her assistant and staff are very attentive and nice, Aven will listen and give feedback before she does anything and she’s honest which is good because sometimes you need that. I like the salon it’s modern and not too tight and it’s in NoLita/ Soho so there’s lot of shops and food choices around.

  A lady named Avon did my hair, and it was the worst hair color I ever got.

  I went there for dyeing grey color hair, and my hair was done by a fat lady with straight bangs who seemed to be the owner of this shop. She claimed that I needed double bleach in order to achieve the grey color I want. In the end my hair was severely damaged, and it was a yellow-based green color. I was devastated, and she said my hair couldn't be re-done because it was too damaged. She asked me to pay over $300 for the ugliest look of my life, and she said it was not her fault because my hair is different from most people. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I love ATO! Super nice people and very skilled. Sam is amazing :) I went in to cut off my long hair and get a pixie cut. They took a lot of time and care giving me the perfect cut! I told them I wanted to donate my hair to a non-profit, they researched a place and wrote down all the info for me. I've never gone anywhere else since. The head massages are awesome too :D

  Asked them to cut my hair even showed them a image. Results look nothing like it.
