::I loved coming here for a while now. I been a member since they opened this gym. It wasn’t till I had rude customer service from one of the workers who work at front desk Joshua. He was screaming at me and my sister. He jokes around a lot but this time he wasn’t joking. He was very rude. I emailed corporate office I still haven’t received a email back from them. I don’t recommend this gym especially if his attitude and his service was representing this company.

::Had a brief issue with the card I was using as payment. The team was helpful in correcting the issue and I haven’t had a problem since. Was approached by a really nice trainer who asked us to do a fitness assessment if we hadn’t already. Got my butt kicked but it was great and proceeded to sign up for a year of personal training for just 100/month for 2 in person training sessions and 4 workouts written out per week (for 2 people). Only criticism is I wish they had more water fountains and the kind you can easily fill a water bottle at but that’s about all I can think of. Really glad I joined this gym!

::Run the opposite direction! This company doesn't care about its clients what so ever. I wish I would have done more research before I signed the contract. I was never told that I was going to be put in a contract. I was lied straight to my face. Another thing, good luck being left alone while you are working out. Not to mentioned that this area is very unsafe. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

::Do not be fooled by the low monthly payments. There are hidden fees. Most importantly, terminating a membership is incredibly difficult. I have hundreds of dollars in collections because my termination wasn’t processed and I moved there after. Staff at the gym just sends emails, staff on 888 line says they can not adjust prices but can only collect. Sending an email is a waste of time because a generic response is always sent stating a balance which is followed by the 888 number for further questions. Don’t waste your time or energy. Paying an extra 20 dollars somewhere else is the better option.

::I just signed up yesterday and I honestly regret it. The guys at the front desk are nice and the Hispanic girl was super nice, informative, and provided great customer service. My issue is with the fees. It was explained to me that the fees, in part, go to maintaining the equipment. Members get charged 39.00 every 12 months to maintain the place yet a lot of machines don’t work. The eleptical was making a loud, horrible sound, almost like someone was taking a hammer and beating the machine with it and I really thought it was gonna break down on me. The stair stepper stopped on me so abruptly that I actually almost fell off. The leg machine in the ladies section would lock mid way and was painful when it did. The bathrooms are filthy, paper towels everywhere, and the counters are dirty and appear moldy. I was told child care is open till 8pm but the sign now says to pick up your kids no later than 7:55. I wish this gym was better taken care of. For now I’ll regret signing up for 12 months.
