  I came here one day starting from a couch potato. The trainers were friendly and energetic from the get go and made me feel right at home. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the community here as well. For anyone looking to get into Crossfit without feeling intimidated, this is the place to set and make your personal goals.

  Great gym. I have dropped in a couple times and since the first time everyone has been great. One of the nicest group of people i have worked out with. The trainers have always asked how I feel and if anything hurts. They actually care about how I am doing. Great place. I Recommend it for a good workout.
