  The oral surgeon and her helper at the Brandon location were amazing. A couple of my teeth are giving them problems but they were patient with me and very good at what they did. I've never gotten a extraction done so I was afraid but once they started, my fear just drifted away

  Very positive experience. Everyone who was involved with my care where professional, courteous and made me feel important. They understood my financial situation and worked with me to get the proper oral care within my budget.

  I was not given clear instructions. I have extreme fear of dentist was supposed to be heavily sedated but that didn’t happen. Then They said they would use the gas to help with my anxiety that didn’t happen. It took me 50 yrs to get dental work well screw that I will never go back. Also they charged me the same price. Going to have my dental insurance do an investigation.

  I recently moved from Miami to Tampa and the people at Aspen Dental were nice generally speaking, the place was pretty clean (though I was threatened by this one solitary huge ant that was crawling around my chair), and the consulting staff was pretty knowledgeable. One of the techs had a tough time taking my x-rays/pictures, but she called a another tech to help her out and in the end, we got through it. My issue came up when I presented my insurance: though I was told I was "in network" and that they accepted my insurance, the estimate for a thorough cleaning of all four quadrants was so high, I couldn't even go back to the establishment to discuss anything. I'm not going to post that quote here, but what I will say is that I went in for a cleaning and I ended up paying approximately $60 for 'x-rays and a mouthwash (+/- $45) when the visit usually costs me about $5, and I still have not had my issues resolved. Come to find out I needed to update my address to my insurance provider so that they could provide me with a list of dental facilities here in Tampa that would be in the price range I was used to as cleanings should cost me almost nothing. I would have appreciated knowing this upon my visit as the stickershock caused me to delay even addressing my dental issues. Live & learn I guess...

  Went to Aspen in Brandon due to a broken and very painful wisdom tooth. I was a new patient, and was very happy to hear it was a free consultation and the extraction was reasonably priced. Thankfully Dr. Singh came to the rescue letting me know he would remove the tooth same day so I wouldn’t have to suffer over the weekend. It was quick, practically painless, and just an overall very pleasant experience. All of the staff were so extremely kind and helpful, all just so super sweet! Not to mention my mother and my boyfriend have nothing but good things to say. So glad I chose Aspen!! Highly recommend
