  John is awesome at what he does. Honest, quick, and most importantly, he does great work! He installed new pickups and set up an old Kent guitar I had and then assembled and set up a new neck on an old Peavey bass. Couldn't be more pleased! Will be making this my go-to guitar repair and setup shop from now on!

  John has helped me out with two guitars and an amp repair and has been nothing but knowledgeable and punctual. Before he did any work, he let me know what was going on and how much the cost would be and turn around is super quick. Great place for any guitar/amp set up and repair!

  Found several good reviews here for John's work at his company, Arlington Music (formerly Arlington Guitar Works), so decided to try him out. Had an acoustic/electric guitar that the preamp wasn't working correctly on. Brought it in on Saturday, he worked on it and fixed it Sunday, and we picked up Monday morning. Works great, he also polished & dressed the frets, cleaned and oiled the fretboard and checked the setup to make it worth the shop minimum. Very reasonable, and very pleased with the work. Will be taking my guitars to him in the future.
