  I came in the store to buy a replacement part, a thermal cutoff. Turns out the part comes in a kit of two parts, one high limit thermostat and a cutoff fuse. They don't give me both parts just one. I had a repair man come out and he showed me the bag they come and they come together. You always replace both. I didn't know this. They just give me one of the parts, not in a bag. They charge me over $50 for one part and they both sell online for $35 total. Why wouldn't they give me both? They sell them that way on line, that's how the appliance repair man had them. Don't go here.
