::This place has fell off terribly! For starters, the server didn't address our table till almost 10 minutes later after passing us multiple times going to the tables in front and behind us. after she addressed us she took another 5 minutes to come back and get our order. We ordered two dessert, a spinach dip, and a $6 drink that was being advertised. The two desserts came out about 10-15 minutes later. They were great! The bartender lady then bought the drink over LEAKING and didn't even give us any napkins when it was obviously wasting in her hands. It tasted like pure water! It was supposed to be mixed with bacardi liquor and the entire thing tasted like water, the syrup did the even taste like anything. The spinach dip never came out, but she still tried to charge us for it. We waited for napkins and she brought out bathroom paper towels! The table in front of us waited nearly 10 minutes for their checks (meanwhile we're still waiting for her to come back to check on us) she had to run across the street to get that table change. Still waiting! She took forever to get us our check. We spent most of our time there waiting rather than eating.. Applebees has fallin off tremendously even the one on Hacks cross is just slow and serves cold food.

::Just 2 servers and a bartender were working when we visited but our server was very friendly and efficient. The food was great although it took about 30 minutes for it to arrive after we ordered. The only complaint I have is the music they had playing was very individualized to one particular genre and age group. If you were 60 -70 years old and a fan of bluesy jazzy music, you would have liked it but it almost put me to sleep! I've been to plenty of Applebee's, though, and if that's the worst thing I can say, then I'd say this was a great experience! We will be back.

::When I was in New Hampshire earlier this year the small town I was staying in had limited options for dining. One of them was Applebee's. I found a few things on their menu that I really liked. I often ordered French onion soup along with the strawberry vinaigrette chicken salad, or the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp. Occasionally since then I've dropped into an Applebee's and ordered those items. Then tonight, I was served this. I think it's supposed to be French onion soup. That's an actual slice of Swiss cheese just plopped on top of a slice of bread on a bowl of beef soup with onions. The cheese wouldn't melt and was...chewy. The salad wasn't quite right either. I gave them the option to try again on the soup. Instead they took it off the bill. So they know they're serving substandard food. Not unhealthy, but unappetizing. I didn't ask to speak to a manager, but in most restaurants if you send something back they immediately know about it and come over to check on you. Tonight, no one came over to check on me. They've clearly quit caring. I certainly won't be back to this location, and it will probably be awhile before I give the chain another chance. They went into a nosedive about 10 years ago and pulled out. Righted their ship. Seems like maybe someone has stepped away from the controls again.

::Requested seating at the bar. Half dozen used glasses and napkins scattered throughout. Waited 12 minutes and finally asked the hostess if there was a bartender there. She finally came out of the kitchen to serve my squadron reunion. Bar sink was clogged and she used a toilet plunger near us to attempt to clear it. She then grabbed a rag and soaked up the dirty water and proceeded to ring out the water onto the floor drain. I knew then that I would not order food here. She started to wash glasses in a 3 compartment sink but never used the third compartment which is supposed to be for sanitizing. With COVID still around that should be a must. I was an award winning manager of Marriott hotels and restaurants and saw several violations that the local health department would frown upon. Apple Bee's has had a sharp decline in quality for years and this restaurant is keeping up with this trend. I only gave 1 star because zeros weren't an option.

::This was a disaster from the very beginning. We had a large group (13) so I tried to call ahead. I was hung up on 3 times while navigating their maze of an automated system, and when I reached a person he tried calling who I needed.. across the restaurant... but couldn't help me when they didn't answer the phone (from inside the restaurant!!). I stopped by today after work and they were very nice, so I had hope. When we arrived, we waited 20 minutes while the table was set up, and the host updated us to let us know our server was running late. He didn't want to seat us until our server arrived, but we asked to be seated anyway so we had a place to sit. Our server was late for work and then was not told he was to take care of us, which extended our wait for service. We ordered an appetizer which came our with our meals, and our meals came out one. at. a. time. They came out so slowly (over the course of an hour) that some were finished eating while others still waited. Our server had to check more than once who still didn't have food and cross reference from his booklet to see who was forgotten.. When our meals arrived, they weren't hot, and my 4 cheese mac n cheese was missing... cheese. There was a little bit of cheese sauce in the bottom of the bowl, but even when I mixed it all in, I had many bare noodles. We complained, my cousin had her meal taken off her ticket, and my mac n cheese was taken back for more cheese. The manager stood in front of us wringing his hands on the towel he was holding and apologized by saying the mac n cheese doesn't come with cheese, only a cheese sauce. My cousin also was not offered anything else in place of the meal she sent back. Nothing was organized.. none of the steaks came out together, the two riblet plates didn't come out together, my mac n cheese bowl came out room temp and missing cheese while my son's mac n cheese was forgotten, I could go on. The best thing ordered tonight came from the bar, but even then, the garnish on my Bahama Mama was not good. It was not a fleshy part of the fruit and was very dry. Normally I'd squeeze it into my drink but there was nothing to squeeze. Our server couldn't remember anything we asked him, and my cousin had to ask 3 times for her drink to go, which our server didn't know she asked for - even though he was talking to her when she asked! We asked for to go containers and our server handed some to us through another table rather than bring them to us- very alike the way we had to pass food down to everyone as if we were an assembly line, because he didn't take the food to any one individual person. Paying our tab was frustrating because he didn't have the orders organized and got himself confused, and then he stood over us and waited for our credit card receipts before leaving, barking to give him back his pen so someone else could use it. I hadn't yet signed my receipt and turned to find him waiting for me. I felt like, after that bad service, we were being rushed out. Rude! All in all, my attempt to find a nice restaurant for my family, a place where we could each enjoy something to our liking, failed. Nobody really enjoyed their food or our service, and if we ever did return we would make sure to sit at individual tables. We received horrible service and our server still made almost $50 in gratuity from us. It was not earned, and if we had a say in the matter that gratuity would have been much less. This was the worst and we will not return.
