::Most efficient office I have been in for a long time. No or very little waiting, staff friendly and competent. Would highly recommend this doctor, Dr. Shea not only was concerned with my problem but has worked very hard for the solution. couldn't be more pleased.

::I was referred to Dr Shea by my PCP due to increasing anemia. The staff was very friendly and helpful in setting an appointment for the upcoming week. Dr Shea was very knowledgeable and scheduled a procedure. After the procedure; Dr Shea thoroughly explained the results to my family and me. He also was concerned about my on going use of iron and wants to follow up on that issue. I found Dr Shea and his staff caring and willing to really listen and follow up on my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone.

::I had an incompetent/unethical doctor cancel on me during an emergency flare up the Thursday prior to Christmas and Dr. Andrew Shea was able to squeeze me in despite me not being a patient with no notice the following Tuesday. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise, has great personality. Understands everything relating to the rare GI issue I have and is able to diagnose/address problems quickly. Would recommend to friends and family.

::My appointment originally to be seen was on a Wednesday. I was seen in a timely manner and the assistants were nice. Dr Andrew Shea was very informative. He said I needed a procedure completed and that the nurses would schedule with me. Ester was in charge of scheduling. I asked her to keep an appointment at 12:15 on Monday morning and that I would get back to her same day to conform. I called her on Wednesday before 3 o'clock. Her answering machine stated that she would return phone calls on the same day if a message was left before 4 pm. By Friday morning I had not heard back from her and I was anticipating a procedure in Monday morning, I had confirmed the dates w my manger which was on very short notice and was difficult to manage. She did not retune my phone call again until AFTER 3:30 pm. She told me that she "never got my message". And there were no slots for me to be seen on Monday, also that no other Dr could see me due to some "policy". I told her this was completely ridiculous. Obviously this company does not keep the patient in mind at all. I'm going to see a different Dr at this point as to the staff not being able to manage a schedule of patients.
