  Cranky old man rushes you out of the store while acting condescending towards my entire party. Turns out the shoe he sold me doesn't even fit properly (had it shipped since they didn't have my size). I've had much better experiences with the store on State St, visit there instead.

  Great stop for great shoes. Excellent service, though it's a small place, so when it gets crowded, you might have to wait.

  Kind and knowledgeable staff, they gladly took the time to get the right fitting boot for me and humored all my other requests about various shoes. Shop here for a truly great American made brand and support local sales staff. Look good, feel good, do good.

  First time buyer of leather shoes. Staff was wonderful and spent an hour measuring and ensuring each model I purchased was a perfect fit.

  My favorite store from my new favorite shoe brand. Exceptional customer service, I've been there twice , and both times, I was helped by Johann , he's very patient , polite and always make sure you're taking care of , thank you . I Would definitely shop there again , and will highly recommend to my friends and family.
