  Im a huge fan of hermes. Service can be a hit or miss. But the quailty of the products have never disappointed me.

  I came here for a watch battery change which was still under warranty. When I picked up the watch they asked me to pay $300+. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? They said I can only pick up next time because they have to confirm with the manager that I don’t have to pay. I came here for four times until I got my watch back. ALSO, I have a rose gold necklace and it turned black( oxygenation). I think they can clean that for me or replace it. They said all I can do is purchase a new one! !!!!!!!!!! Hermès is just want their customers keep spending money, the customer service is just like nothing they can provide you after purchasing!!!!! THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES IN HERMÈS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!

  Beautiful store, prices measured more by desire for exclusivity than quality, staff tries but still not there.
