  Was given a watch by my grandfather that had a lot of sentimental value unfortunately, the hands would work half of the day and stop working the other half. The battery was not the problem since I had changed it multiple times. Went to numerous stores around steinway to see if it could be fixed but they asked for absurd prices. The salesperson at Alex's Jewerley however fixed it for a reasonable price and walked me through exactly what was being fixed. Completely satisfied with the honesty and experience. A+
