  [- A STAR] This bank is ridiculous! We get a call saying they have not received a car payment. My account shows it was made called my bank to make it was processed (it was) AAFCU told us it was returned for NSF, yet no $$ was ever returned (keep in mind my bank stated it was processed) going around and around making us crazy thinking I was scammed or my account was hacked. Called once again, and they told us the payment was there. If you want a bank that makes you go bonkers, AAFCU is the bank for you!

  Air Academy FCU has always had amazing customer service. From the time I opened my account, years ago, to the present. And, I have seen several of my favorite people retire! Whether I was applying for a mortgage, a heloc, credit card or opening accounts for my grandchildren the attention I received was amazing.

  I was having issues with an account possibly being compromised and was very worried about it, but Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and thorough about what steps we needed to take to insure I was taken care.   The Cheyenne Mountain Branch team is great to work with. I am so glad we chose Air Academy Federal Credit Union to help us with our home refinance and new purchase. The team was so helpful with all our questions and needs. Purchasing a home during the pandemic was no easy feat, but the guidance we received from this great team was stellar. We have continued and will continue banking with Air Academy Federal Credit Union and most importantly at this branch. It is a great feeling to enter the bank and be treated with great service each and every time we have visited. Keep up the great work at this branch, it is vital to the west and south sides of Colorado Springs

  Great bank! Been a member here since 1999 and have been so happy all those years! Through 15 plus car loans, home loans, RV loans, personal loans, and typical accounts I can tell you their rates cannot be beat and I am approved quick and easily by Ariana and her team and love banking with Larry and the front team at Cheyenne Mountain branch!
