::When you have been a long time customer for over 25 years and you pay off your car loans and you come back to the credit union that helped you before ? And you sit down and it takes 3 minutes to get a answer? And there are other customers in the credit union and they here the conversation because they think it's funny to put your private and confidential information out to everyone that is there ? Is a very unprofessional way to make someone feel like a bad person I don't appreciate the way you do business and I will be shutting the accounts down and take my business to a more professional credit union I and My wife will never be back to you and the credit union it was very embarrassing us we are not and your very sorry for the way it was handled is not a big deal to you and the credit union

I noticed every time a customer came in everyone was greeted warmly and it almost seemed as if some of the folks were like family.
