  I waited a few months for a new patient OBGYN appointment. I wanted to stay at the group with my GP so I waited for an opening with someone in Ronkonkoma. My appointment was at 2:30 and by 3:30 - I had still not been seen. I was told "the doctor had a call" and she would "be one minute." A lot of minutes passed and no one even checked on me. I asked a nurse what was going on and why had I not been seen (keep in mind, not ONE other patient was in the waiting room) but no one could give me an answer. I left and asked not to be billed. I will be finding a new doctor group. Don't bother with this office - they are not concerned with any sort of bedside manner.

  They claim they accept walk-ins. Brought my wife, and she was told she needed an appointment and they don't accept walk-ins. If you feel like dying, please go here. Otherwise, go somewhere where they actually care about your health.

  Can never speak directly to the specialist you are working with and when you do call the volume of people ahead of you I outrageous! I was on hold for about 40 mins!

  I found out they are not very good. The billing is terrible. They are too lazy to pick up a phone to get a referral with an insurance company. You can never get the office directly on the phone. All the Doctor cares about is the Cholesterol myth when I have many other symptoms that they just dismiss. I will no longer be going to this medical practice.
