  It says on the website the bank on 7155 Sheridan is open...and I drove clear across town to find that they are closed... Fix this please!

  1 star is WAY TOO generous for this bank. I opened the account 2 weeks ago and I have DESPISED every second of it. The customer service over the phone and at the branch is absolutely appalling. I have had funds in my account to make my car payment. I tried using the online bill pay and they kept returning the check saying I didn't have funds in my account when I did. So I was charged a $29 fee for a returned check. The money, without my permission, was sent to the bank where I have my loan for a second time and once again they're claiming I didnt have the money in my account when I did and they have charged me another $29 fee. Seriously?! And I called them this time instead of going in because the Chinese "manager" has no idea what he's doing. Having ask his employees for help when he's supposedly the manager. Hilarious. Then when I talk to someone over the phone they keep claiming I didn't have the funds in my account when I've had money in there the whole time and they refuse to return my money. I wish I would have never opened up this account. I am bound and determined to contact the ceo of these banks. They're disgusting.

  Watch out the guy working there will be happy to run your account into overdraft right in front of you for a loan application and not say a damn word about it. I hope you get a big fat bonus you jerk! Worst bank ever! Not that any of them are honest or remotely professional. But that guy really earned the doosh of the year award. Soon as I find out his name is will post so others can avoid him and this bank!

  I love this bank !!!! fees are resonable amd fair. I had an issue with an online charge that i did not make and the whole process of getting it taken care of went smoothly and my money was refunded. I also like that they are open for business 6 days a week, worth every one of the 5 stars i give them.

  Poor customer service. Tellers and supervisor did not wish to help. One star is too generous to rate the service.
