::This place is FANTASTIC and the people are even better. They are pleasant, helpful and kind. It looks small on the outside, but it's actually huge on the inside. This is an Italian establishment that's a century old. They carry wine, cheeses, and have a deli in the back of the store. Make it your business to go there and discover Italy for yourself.

::This place is a strep back in time with a full service Italian deli, Awesome subs (9" Italian sub for $6.50!), incredible wine, olive oil & vinegar selections! There are pre-prepared meals, Italian sauces, pastas, etc! A Must See visit in DC!

::Amazing little Italian deli and store! I would have never thought that it would be this great from the outside, but inside you'll find a ton of wine, great oils, vinegars, and of course italian products (pasta, canned tomatoes, prepackaged dough foods). There is a deli counter in the back that serves up the best hoagies that I've had in a LONG time! Seriously, go here, you won't be disappointed.

::One of the best hidden gems close to Union Market. Their Italian Subs and Deli in the back are the best! Has a great selection for anything you might need for an authentic Italian meal and prices are reasonable for the quality you get. They have a great wine selection with very knowledgeable staff to help with all you questions and to give recommendations.

::I adore this place. It is very unassuming. The outside would deter many people from entering however once you walk through the old industrial metal door you are pleasantly surprised with what looks like thousands of bottles of wine. Some regularly priced and some really discounted. They also have an amazing Italian foods section with the perfect ingredients for an authentic Italian meal including frozen pastas made from scratch that you can take home and pretend you made yourself. There is a deli in the back with the some great guys working there. The sandwiches are soooo yummy! I've been patronizing A. Litteri for over 10 years. I love this place and how unpretentious it is and I hope they never change!
