::Let me begin by stating that I was denied access to see the doctor due to some concerns I had regarding my privacy and not having my insurance card on me. My first impression when I arrived for my appointment was that the establishment was similar to that of a Cash for Gold store. There is a person working the front desk from behind a wall with a small window to which they use to communicate with clients. The lady working the front desk, Melissa, opened the window when I arrived and offered less than a greeting by immediately asking “new patient?” To which I replied “yes.” She then proceeded to slam the window closed only to reopen it moments later and tap her unnecessarily long artificial nails against a clipboard ordering me to complete the form and provide her with my identification and insurance card. While Melissa began closing the window, I asked her if I was required to provide my insurance card before I see the doctor, to which she said “yes” and slammed the window closed. I proceeded to sit down to begin filling out the form. To my surprise, I could hear Melissa through the glass angrily telling each of her coworkers “he doesn’t want to give his insurance card because he’s worried about his privacy.” It was at that point that I contemplated taking my business elsewhere but wanted to speak with the doctor first. I got up and walked over to the window to speak with Melissa once more. I informed her that I had heard what she said to her coworkers and asked to speak with the doctor or supervisor. Without saying anything, Melissa slammed the window closed once more and walked away. A few minutes later she returned and opened the window and made an obscene gesture with her nails as an animated way to aggressively state that she is the supervisor and refused to let me see the doctor. I proceeded to wait roughly 10 mins for the doctor when Melissa opened the window again and said “you are not going to see anybody” and slammed the window closed. At this point, I left. This was a disappointing experience as I was referred to see Dr. Hanna and left work early to make it to my appointment. I contacted the person who referred me and notified them of my experience only for them to inform me that the business is performing poorly and losing clients due to their lack of professionalism. While I cannot provide a proper review for the doctor, the uncouth and vulgar behavior of the alleged front desk supervisor, Melissa, is enough to drive any potential clients away without a second thought.

::I loved visiting brilliant smile!. My customer service experience was a treat and actually made my anxiety of visiting the dentists vanish! The staff here is so honest and attentive. I'm glad to finally have a reliable dentist! i'll be looking forward to my next cleaning here :-)
