  In this market, a buyer has to inspect quickly and go to contract asap. I had to rush because another buyer wanted the beautiful house and am so thankful that one of my co-workers recommended Mr. Kin Li! He was prompt, very thorough, and efficient (wrote up the report within a day). I have heard of inspectors that are "deal breakers" but Mr. Li was very reasonable, truthful and fair. I greatly appreciated his honesty and would recommend him to anyone needing a great inspector!

  Mr Kin Li spent almost 2 hours on the property and checked every single item he saw. He also provided certified termite inspection at no additional cost. He not only discovered issues we could never find out on our own but also explained all the whys and hows. We were well educated through the inspection and felt a lot more confident about our house hunting adventure. About 5 hours after the inspection Mr Kin Li sent us a 34 page long report with thorough explanations and recommendations, together with clear pictures that supports his findings. We strongly recommend his service.

  Mr. Li from Home Inspection was a complete professional. He carefully goes to every details and provides great suggestions. He is the ultimate best in home inspection and I very highly recommend him for any home inspection.

  Mr. Li was thorough and helpful. He made sure that I understood everything that we were looking at. He carefully went over every part of the house and let me know all the issues with the house. I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

  I would certainly recommend using Kin. He actually was the inspector for the person buying my house. Kin did a very thorough inspection. During his inspection, he found vermiculite. After researching, I found that vermiculite is a type of insulation that was used in homes built in the 1950's. I also found that there's a chance that vermiculite may have asbestos in it. I quickly found the inspection report when I bought my house- no mention of it. No home owner wants to have to pay for things to be fixed, when selling their home, but I have a 3 yr old and as I see it- I'd pay 100 x if it insured my sons health. Even though I had to pay, it's nice to know there's professionals out there that won't just turn a blind eye. Thank you kin
