  I spend money here every day. Three months ago, I paid for gas, then forgot to pump it. I returned a short while later; the manager confirmed receipt, and said the owner would have to review the video, but everything was on his (or her) desk. I have asked repeatedly for an update, to no avail. It's only a little over $12.00; but I think this is poor customer service. All of the employees are friendly, and two tried to help me resolve this, but it's out of their hands. I may have to change convenience stores.
