  The staff is very nice and attentive. While the equipment isn’t exactly the newest or freshest, there isn’t much else to expect from a 24/7 gym tbh. It is definitely varied enough and gets the job done.

  Very durty gym. Unfriendly staff. Couches dont have any idea what does it mean to train people. Equipment is measurable.

  There are plenty of other gym/fitness clubs in this town, the problem is always finding parking if you want to come with your car. The smart thing to do is to jog or ride a bicycle, fitness sense. Except for all the bicycle hijackers - cycling my not be so wise. So walk or jog, after you get off the bus (muni). On the other hand because the facility is located in a shabby run down old building l can honestly say it is not for the "fashionable" crowd, rather for the serious hard core fitness "bunnies". Besides lots of muni buses run by on Van Ness late at night and early in the morning, including the #90 0wl. Which makes it an exceptional find for serious fitness folk. On the down side as of 1/27/2k18; two of the four toilets in the men's locker room is non functioning because the valves are worn out. So there are o only two working toilets for the facility. Also there is not 24 hr access for those users with a disability as the wheelchair access is via the parking garage, which is closed at night. There is only the stairwell entrance on Post St.

  The cheap membership is the only redeeming factor of this gym. Poorly maintained, wobbly, loose equipment. Filthy toilets and locker rooms. I was here at night often and the desk staff would disappear into a back room and not been seen for 2 hours + Multiple times a saw a bucket placed in the studio to catch drips that remained there for well over a week. I can’t warn you away from this place enough unless you are looking for a basic, cheap place to lift weights with no frills.

  One of the few gyms that’s truly open 24 hours in San Francisco. Great array of weight and cardio equipment relative to other 24 facilities in SF. Can be tough to get on equipment during peak hours but availability is otherwise reasonable. A bit dirty, slow on restocking supplies, and slow on repairs, but highly price competitive relative to other nearby gyms if you can accept those faults.
