::The most disgusting place to stay in Burbank. I have unfortunately needed to stay here twice because it's where my company put us up and both times I have been welcomed by appalling conditions in these rooms. This is what I was greeted by this evening. Never go here. This morning after telling the team about what's going on, housekeeping shows up this morning with a bottle of bleach and a broom to clean that shower and proceeded to say there is nothing they can do and never tried to clean anything. I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely deplorable with zero accountability on their part.

::Asked for a 2 bed room on bottom floor prior to arrival. That is what was paid for. Arrived to a 2 bed room on the 3nd floor. There were no other options. Fast forward to the room I didn't want, but was left.with no choice, there is 1 roll of toilet paper, a soap for the bathroom and one roll of paper towels. There is not enough dishes for 3. There are NO forks and 2 of the spoons are plastic. There is no soap for dishes, sponge, coffee or coffee filters. So why have a coffee pot then? I suppose it is a convenient place to sleep and shower, assuming you brought your own supplies.

::The best place to stay. It's literally right down the road from universal studios. Very quiet area so many shops restaurants close by. Each room has a kitchen to cook in and there is also a pool. I love this place and come back every time I'm in LA. Burbank is a great place to stay.

::I went for Christmas holidays for 10 days and it felt like a small home. Very clean, comfortable and safe. It had a kitchen with everything you need. Perfect location. Not too many personnel during these days but weren't necessary. Definitely would stay again!

::I enjoyed my 4 day stay here last weekend. Cute room with a nice little kitchen. I saw no roaches and I swept..not overcrowded when I was there. Only thing is they need a key drop because I left at 5:30am so I left the key on the dresser and got a call around 12:30 about checking out. Nice place overall!
