Pu erh milk tea was good, the boba is a little firmer than I prefer, but still good.

There is a large selection of tea and all of it seems pretty typical of your bubble tea places. They do have some minor snacks so that's a plus.

I really enjoyed stopping by for boba here during my short time in Seattle! The woman at the cash register (maybe the owner?) was really excited and knowledgeable about the tea selection. I went with the Puerh Black Sugar Milk Tea. I usually get 50% sugar at boba places, but she recommended that I get 80% because their milk tea tends to be less sweet than the milk tea at other places, because they make sweetener fresh in house everyday. 80% was definitely a good choice -- it was just the right amount of lightly sweetened for me. The pearls were on the chewier side, just how I like them. I'd recommend this place to people who enjoy stronger tea flavors (rather than creamier milk teas). My friend got the passion fruit green tea, which was also really yummy and refreshing.

My favorite tea place in Seattle. If ordering bubble teas, I do find that their boba is a little hard when you order a cold drink, but otherwise the drinks are amazing.

I highly recommend the Iron Buddha milk tea. You'll never want anything else! Their milk tea is smooth, milky, and really flavorful. Their tapioca balls are soft and chewy. The shop is small with seating for groups of 4 and has a relaxed ambiance. They offer free wifi so it would be a nice place to get some work done. It's hard to park in Chinatown, but there is a 3 minute parking spot for quick pickups!
