::I don't know if Heather Principe is still there, but she was an extraordinary yoga teacher. I personally don't believe in polarity treatments or energy medicine, but the yoga studio is the best I've ever known. If Heather is still teaching yoga, or anyone taught by her, absolutely, go there.
