  Once you walk through the doors toy feel the energy/zen. Flexible schedules with super friendly and caring staff and members. Great for reducing tension and stress and taking care of yourself like you deserve!!

  Body and Brain has become my family. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I truly appreciate the life changing moments I experience at the Franklin Square center. Ive been a member for one year and since then Ive been working to better myself emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I feel stronger and more capable than ever before!

  Body and Brain Yoga and Tai Chi is the best experience of yoga or any other exercise type place I have ever been too. I feel so much more connected to my body and have gained more peace and experienced less anxiety since joining. I feel like I have a family at the Franklin Square facility. The staff are so caring and are genuinely interested in your well being. I recommend this place 100% !

  Yoga class is filled with energy and enthusiam everyday. It has become such a beautiful community in the hamlet of Franklin Square. The staff are always supportive and caring. I always leave with love in my heart. Thank You Thank You Freddy

  The staff at Body & Brain in Franklin Square are wonderful. They are truly committed to their member’s health and well being. I joined a year ago overweight and in very poor physical condition. With their encouragement, I am healthier and happier than I have been in years. I have more command of my life. The workouts cater to all physical conditions. Give it a try.
