When Lena worked here this place was bearable. She was an amazing lady that made their mediocre, overpriced dry cleaning services at least tolerable. The woman who they relaxed her with is unprofessional, offensive, and completely incompetent. Never going back here again.

I would've gave this cleaners 0 starts but I had to pick 1 or more. I've been a good customer for years and usually take a bunch of garments at once. I picked up 4 batch (tickets) of clothing, 1 batch (ticket) had 9 pants, the 2nd batch had 1 sweater, the 3rd batch had 9 shirts and the 4th batch at 10 blouses. When I arrived at my house I checked everything and realized that one of the batch of clothing was not mine. I had someone else's clothes and my 10 blouses was missing. So I brought back the batch that didn't belong to me as they obviously mixed up my order with someone else's. But of course when they looked my garments were missing so they told me they will look into it and try and find out what happened to my garments. The next 2 months I called a number of times with no response. I stop by the cleaners a few times and they wouldn't give me the manager's name or number. I then asked for the owner's name and they refused to give me any information. They continued to brush me off and say they will have their manager call me. Every time I stopped by they were rude and gave me a hard time. Finally Mohammad returns my call, mind you the girl that works there told me his name was Sam so that was the 1st lie. Mohammad was polite but also gave me the run around. Now remember my clothes were mixed up with the clothes that I received and returned. Instead of Mohammad or anyone for that matter acknowledging that they mixed up my clothes and gave me someone else's clothing. They continued to point the finger at everyone else but themselves. They try to blame me by saying I should've picked up by clothes within a month as that is their policy. He said they have a sign stating this, I responded with what sign?, I don't see a sign and even if there were a sign hung up, a sign is not binding, anyone can make a sign, which is the 2nd lie. On the receipt it clearly states "unclaimed garments will be handled accordance with state regulations", In the state of New York cleaners are responsible for garments up to 6 months, in which they are supposed to try and contact the customer before getting rid of any items. When I brought this to his attention, he then started blaming the other customer, the lady who they mixed up my order with. He continued to not acknowledge the fact that they lost my clothes due to their incompetence but instead continued to state that she must have my clothes and that they have been trying to reach her with no response. Which was the 3rd lie, because I stopped by when Mohammad was working and asked him to call her. She not only picked up right away but he didn't even mention my clothes. All he did was ask her when she's picking up her clothing. Now when I speak to him to find out if they are going to compensate me for my 10 blouses. He states that he needs to speak to his boss because there is no proof. NO PROOF???? Are you kidding me, I've been more then patient and this is how they treat me. So I would advise all of you to go somewhere else because they are not an honest business and will not take responsibility if anything were to happen to your clothes.
