  They ruined a garment and refused to own up to their mistake claiming it was “faulty material” and I would have to complain to the designer... No refund, return or regret on their part.

  This store has been horrible to deal with. My wife got a BRAND NEW dress that cost $400 and brought it here after wearing it once. When we got it back it was COVERED in some kind of dry cleaning fluid spots. The guy refused to fix, replace, or refund. His son called me on the phone and said that they would lie if we disputed the stains and say that the dress came in with the stains already on them. All of this happened after we had been customers of theirs for 6 years. We probably spent thousands of dollars with them and this is how they treat you. It’s very sad. Really wanted to support a local small business.

  Do NOT go here! There is a sign in the window that claims they have an expert tailor. I dropped off a pair of jeans to have the waist taken in. They charged me more than the regular fee because they said, "denim is hard." Their "expert tailor" only visits once a week. So, I waited. First week: jeans puckered along seam. I asked them to fix. They reluctantly did so. Second week: jeans still puckered. I asked them to fix. They refused and said they would not fix their mistake. I said I didn't understand why and they yelled that they would not fix it. I asked for a refund, they refused and yelled more, saying I should take them to court. I said, "You agreed to this project, charged me for it, did not do it correctly and now you don't want to make this better?" They continued to scream at me and at each other, grabbed my jeans and wouldn't let go because I said that I would write a review about my experience. They yelled louder and said that they would take me to court. Seriously. This just happened. This is how they do business.

  This Dry cleaner does a great job in service. It's a korean owned business both husband and wife are extremely nice. They have been there close to 18 years now. Always on time and honest of what can or cannot be done with willingness to try their best to accommodate. highly recommended
