  Location is great. National Harbor is a nice little bustling area. Lots of restaurants and shops right on the water. It's like an oasis. Great area to go for walks and the waterfront area is very nice. While we prefer to stay in Alexandria when we come down here that resort is a lot harder to get into. This place is certainly a very nice #2.

  Great location. Nice3 bedroom condo. Only4 stars because the hallways smelled like sewage and $20 a day parking, also the push to get a owner update to sell you more time. Staff was friendly. Close to the river front action and bus to catch the train to DC.

  I'm staying at this place right now, and I will say - I am enjoying it very much. The rooms and nice and comfy, the colour scheme is warm, and the views are beautiful! However, when checking in, you probably would have a better time driving a smaller vehicle because the check in curve is smaller than I would've liked it to be. Also, the laundry room is down hall and is NOT in the condo with us like we usually see in wyndham resorts. That's a bit awkward. Overall, though. I an really enjoying my time here!

  This place has been phenomenal! My fiance and I been going to conventions for a number of years now and have always been treated very nicely and addressed our issues immediately. Their rooms are gorgeous and come with a fully stocked kitchen. Some even with a breathtaking view of the city. Never had a problem with this hotel at all from check in to check out. This is our fourth year coming to this convention and our second time at this hotel. We definitely will be continuing to book a room from now on at Wyndham!

  5 STARS! If I could rate my experience higher, I would. Here’s why, from the moment I pulled up to unload I was greeted promptly and received help with my items without even asking two times. Everyone I encountered was helpful and displayed professionalism from the door person/attendant to the front desk professionals to the Club Wyndham staff. Most importantly, they welcomed my dog , who is registered as a service dog, with open especially because they do not accept pets unless they are service animals. When I offered my certification and registration, they said it wasn’t needed, and that we were good to go. The room was wonderful. I had a two bedroom with a balcony. The decor is updated and t feels like you are at home versus a hotel. I did have an issue with my ice maker. After reporting it, the maintenance person fixed it and in the meantime gave me a back of ice to ensure I was ok until the issue as fixed. Again, the customer service couldn’t have been better. Last but not least, the resort has an amazing business center and TV/Movie room on the second floor. They also have an impressive fitness center and arcade rooms. I had no idea it had all of these additional features that can appeal to everyone in a family or group. I highly recommend this Wyndham Resort location, you will thoroughly enjoy your experience. It was the fastest week I’ve experienced. I look forward to returning.
