  Nice and roomy, clean and comfortable, staff pleasant! Would return. One thing...it was a bad idea to put out over riped fresh fruit (bananas) with the breakfast that morning!!!

  This experience was absolutely terrible -- Do NOT stay at this hotel!! Upon check-in, I was ignored for almost 15 minutes (even though I was the only one there) before I was acknowledged and assisted with check-in. When I got to the room, I was presented with the smell of mold, cigarettes (even though it was a 'non-smoking' room), several dead bugs in the bathroom, and sheets that had questionable marks on them. Because I checked in later in the evening and had nowhere to go, I stayed the night. When I woke up in the morning, there was no running water. Instead of the hotel offering a concession or some sort of credit, the General Manager himself told him it was 'not his problem' and he did not owe me a refund (not for the lack of running water, or the disgusting room). He refused to provide me with contact information for his boss or another individual that was able to assist me.

  Been here twice and I will go back again. The staff is courteous and helpful. The parking isn't the best but its acceptable. The location is prime because 495 is right beside the hotel. Economical and sensible the way it should be.

  Staff really nice but it was under construction and really noisy. When I booked this about 2 weeks ago, they never warned me about that. Also, I got bitten by bed bugs and had to move rooms. Then, when I inspected the different room for bedbugs, I pulled the mattress away from the headboard, and found a dirty towel AND a really old used condemn. I didn't even tell them that. I figure the construction crew will find it, when they get to that room. They only refunded me for one night out of seven, even after showing them my big welts/bites. Also was without water for a few hours for a couple days. Way too expensive for being under construction.

  We've stayed here for Katsucon for the past 2 years and are pleased with the hotel. It's a very short drive to the Gaylord and is a much more affordable option than the terrifyingly expensive cost of staying in National Harbor itself. The neighborhood is not the safest IF you drive east along Oxon Hill Rd. Thankfully the hotel is literally right on top of the 495 exit and the hotel doesn't seem as susceptible to local "pedestrian" traffic as the other hotels on Oxon Hill Rd. Beds were comfortable and the standard hotel hot breakfast was good.
