  Nightmare. We had reserved an extended stay room here for my husband for work. We ended up not needing it anymore. Couldn't find where to cancel online. Costumer service was absolutely no help. They kept transferring us directly to the motel. Like we hadn't been trying that for 4 days! Today is check-in and now we'll be charged FOR NOT GETTING AHOLD OF ANYBODY TO CANCEL PRIOR TO TODAY. We were even given the general managers email (no phone number) and emailed that with no luck still. It's easy to book a room and IMPOSSIBLE to cancel.

  the woodspring on Riverdale bend if u wanna get hustled have your privacy invaded lied to and lied on them this the spot for you. My husband and I stayed there for about 2 months at first everything was going good until we couldn't find our dog . After we found our dog in bed under covers that's when it seemed like the picking started . We were charged a late fee because we came and paid after 12 then we noticed someone was going in our room going through our things the fake onsite sacurity guard was talking about my husband and other guest to other guest and were not made aware that the 4th floor was a smoking floor instead the tried to hustle us out of 250 every two wks we were there for 2 months we seen ppl leave because of him to also the front of the building was shoot up while we were staying there the guy wears his gun on him at all times I don't think he's a real armed guard anywho be careful they are as crooked as can be at that place and we not gon speak on the roaches or that the tub leaked for 3wks deadbolt was broke for a month and a baby walked in our room while we were sleeping this place not straight the staff not straight either if they think you got a lil money they gonna try to get over on you of sacurity and we seen ppl get put out

  About history of you I wasn't staying there thank God but a friend of mine had no other choice but to stay in this place and it is a nightmare. Literally every aspect of this place is disgusting dangerous overpriced and just unreasonable. My friend said her hotel room would not lock so she had to take the chance of somebody coming in there and stealing all of her stuff whenever she left her room I don't know if that ever happened to her but I know she was always there because she was concerned for that very reason. The place was extremely unsettling and uncomfortable because when we first walked in there was a bunch of gang members sitting in the lobby and they both watched me and my friend as we waited for the elevator to go upstairs they watched hungerly and with intense wanting longing eyes I don't know what they were thinking but I'm glad that I didn't try nothing. When I got up to her room I saw how poorly maintained the rooms were the carpet was filthy and disgusting I didn't even take my shoes off

  I got here and was immediately uncomfortable. There were many shady characters walking around, being very boisterous and rapping loudly to the music blaring out of their car. They stared at me like a piece of meat every time I walked by. Normally that doesn’t bother me, but at this place I felt very unsafe. I got to the front desk at 4pm to check in and the woman said the cleaning ladies didn’t get a list of the rooms to clean, so it would be another 1.5hours until the room was ready. I had booked on expedia, so I was not able to cancel and get a refund, so I decided to try to stay. When I finally got into the room, it was absolutely disgusting. I immediately felt even more uncomfortable. It looked like a prison cell. The pillows weren’t even on the bed, they were thrown on a chair in the corner. There was a tile half broken in the bathroom floor, the walls were beat up, and it smelled terrible. I tried to eat my food but I felt the life being sucked out of me. I had to leave. I didn’t care that I was going to be charged without staying there, I had to get out. I booked another hotel and fled as soon as I could hand the keys to the woman at the front desk. Do not recommend.

  As soon as I got there I voiced my concern about the reviews and asked if I was able to see the room before paying. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and immediately showed me the room I would be staying. It was very well kept and clean. The reviews say how nasty it is and roaches everywhere. I was there for 2 weeks and only saw 1 roach in the hallway. The hallways did have a off smell to them but still a very well kept hotel. Everyone there was nothing but nice to me and I had no problems at all. The main manager (forgot her name)was AWESOME!! Loved just chatting with her when I saw her. Had absolutely no problems with my cars outside! I was definitely sad when my apartment was ready and it was time for me to go. Would recommend!
