::If I could I would give them a zero. The staff is rude and the rooms are nasty. I was there because their other property didn't have any hot water. I had to pay an extra $25 for the room plus a $50 deposit. At 3 am I was awaken by loud music. When I called the front desk the man who answered the phone hung up in my face. I had to call back two more times before he answered and he proceeded to tell me he has no control of what goes on in the parking lot. I told him he could've said that at first not just hang up in my face. It was rude and unprofessional. I will never stay there again.

::NEGATIVE STARS!! I booked a room for Friday night to Monday morning for a family that was in need. Saturday around noon the toilet started to leak causing the floor to flood. We called 3 different times and each time the person at the desk said that maintenance was coming. Around 5:30 we went to get more towels because the other towels were already soaked. The same person then told us maintenance was gone and would not be back until the next day. She would not give me another room, a refund, and would not call the property manager. She came to the room TWICE (only because I said I was on my way there and Expedia told her to go observed the water on the floor). This was completely unacceptable and unlivable especially with 3 young kids. The toilet wasn’t even working. There were empty rooms although she lied and said there weren’t. The parking lot wasn’t full and the available rooms all had the curtains pulled back so that you can see in the room. Also people were still paying for rooms without reservations while I was waiting to get the situation handled, but she refused to move us. I am glad that I booked through Expedia because they were able to relocate the family due to the person at the front desk not being cooperative. She would not even contact the property manager for Expedia. The whole situation was exhausting and traumatic for a family that was already in need!

::As opposed to 2 star reviews I see online, I had a great stay at this location. From front desk welcome to checkin process to room, mattress and linen were top notch. Everything was functional, clean and maintained. The room has really nice decor and ambiance. Will definitely stay back. Total value for money.

::One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had! To begin with, I reserved a double bed room so when I went to check in, I got a twin bed (130). Immediately I went back to the front desk and asked for a double bed room, which was available but I had to pay and additional $84 on top of the $92.67 I previously paid for the room. Then when I went to check in the double bed room (159), it wasn't cleaned. Afterwards I stormed back to the office and asked for a CLEAN double bed room, which I finally got (137) but there were issues with getting the key to work, so the front desk clerk came & opened the door. In addition, I told her that my friend had a service dog in which there shouldn't be a fee for service dogs but I was charged $50. Needless to say, I will NOT be staying here ever again.

::Parking for a 15ft U-Haul was a bit tight. Busy but it was a Saturday night. Room was very clean and fresh. Shower had excellent water pressure. I recommend it to travelers with pets. The staff is friendly and pleasant. No problems with my stay.
