The place was really nice..loved the music, but the chicken had no real flavor to me. You needed the sauce. I won't be back....maybe the cookie will be good.

Black people don't waste your time. No salt, no seasoning. Good looking good but tastes like feet. How do you mess up ketchup? Nothing tastes right. The food looks prefect but that first taste will end all good vibes you have. You'll be so disappointed that you might cry.

Let me start out with the cons since there are much less. The tenders and wings are ok. They lack seasoning and overpriced. The biscuits are too dense and not much flavor. Now with that out of the way let me tell you why I highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly and established is extremely clean. Great selection of beers and the soda selection is very unique and tasty. I love the watermelon cream soda! Nice selection of baked good. Jalapeno corn bread is delicious! You can't go wrong with any of the dipping sauces. I guess they make them so good to compensate for the bland chicken. Now for the mac and cheese...the old recipe was one of the most amazing mac and cheeses I've ever had. The new mac and cheese is just ok. I hope they realize that you should not mess with perfection and bring back the old recipe. Over all I highly recommend trying the place.

The chicken tenders are honestly the best I’ve ever had. So moist and tender (must marinate and tenderize for hours) and the unique pretzel crust is a great finish. The dipping sauces (extra $0.50 / ea) are also a great addition. Additionally, I was double charged by their credit card processor inadvertently. Erica from the management team took very swift action to resolve! Thank you for taking ownership and seeing this through in a timely manner!

My husband and I had delivery from this location while visiting in Philly and were really disappointed. First, if you are going to deliver food in below freezing temperatures, I’d recommend packaging food in containers that retain heat. They use regular paper containers, and though the delivery driver may have had them some sort of insulated container while en route, the chicken was warm (not hot), at best, when we got it. We provided a generous tip (in advance) because we appreciated the food being delivered in such cold weather and were frustrated the food needed to be reheated. Second, they mixed up one of our sauces. Several have β€œDon” in the name and we received the wrong one, confirmed by our receipt, which indicated we ordered the right one. The sauces are .50 cents a pop so we were not happy that we received the one laced with blue cheese. Finally, the chicken just lacked flavor. The crust was crunchy, but it reminded me of KFC crispy chicken - all crunch, no seasoning. I’d be willing to look past the other issues if the chicken was actually good. I would not recommend this place to anyone whose looking for flavorful or juicy fried chicken. We wound up throwing most of it away.
