I've never given a review to any place, but the employees here are the rudest I've come across anywhere. It was to the point I was planning on not even purchasing the bottle, but my girlfriend would've been upset. Good thing I don't shop here, and just forgot my bottle of wine at home. Learn how to talk to paying customers.

Don’t mind the 4 Stars I give, because you really have to be Exceptionally EXCEPTIONAL for me to give someone a 5 Star rating. Nevertheless, besides going to the BIG liquor store in Claymont De., I like going to this place because they have a GREAT selection. Also, the centralized location in Center City makes this a very CONVENIENT option.

Huge selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Lines were a bit crazy but I guess that's because a nice spot draws people to it.

Rude Staff. My friend had given me his card, and I had him on the phone to see exactly what he wanted. The lady behind the counter was staring me down, as if I was trying to steal. Did not ask me if I needed any help (which I could have used, and it would have made the whole process move along faster). When I went to pay, she flipped out and told me I shouldn't have come to "pull this illegal sh**." I calmly tried to explain that my friend was on the phone and could tell her himself that he was ok with the card being used. She responded, "Get the hell out of my store." Now, if she had said to me something like "I'm sorry, but I can't authorize a transaction if you're not the card holder" or anything at all along those lines, I would have perfectly understood. But this is just no way to treat customers, or people in general. That was my first time going to this store, and it was also my last.
