  I was looking for a credible boxing gym but was nervous because I've never done something like that before in life. Williamsburg MMA is an absolutely incredible place filled with an extremely welcoming group of people, an amazing Professor (coach) and a focus on helping its students succeed at their goals and to push further. Can't recommend enough — occasionally they have groupons so check that out if you're on the fence.

  I have been training at WMMA for over 4 years, and I can truthfully say that it is the best school I have ever trained in (and I have trained in a LOT of schools). Actually, it's more than just my school, it's my community, my extended family, where I got to learn, grow and enjoy myself. Professor Mamedov's teaching philosophy is one of openness, constant personal growth and responsibility, and my ability as a martial arts has grown in leaps and bounds. It doesn't matter whether you are an absolute beginner or a experienced martial artist, WMMA can be a great home for you.
