  Please do not come here. Their services are overpriced. I am still dealing with billing between insurance and this clinic regarding a procedure done 2 months ago. Clinic did has not submitted my claim with the correct code. Also, I paid my share at the time of service and I still get a bill a month later. This is ridiculous. I was also recommended for a tooth implant. I went to get a second opinion and had a root canal instead. This particular dentist walked me through the process and informed me a transplant was not necessary. Lastly, do not get their periodontal treatment. It cost me about $900 and after purchasing it, a different dentist informed me I didn't need it nor had issues. At WD, they highly recommended this periodontal treatment and I got it. Another mistake. Do not come here. Try another dentist for 2nd opinion before you pay a lot out of pocket.

  Everytime I come to this office they never know what’s going on or why they even schedule my child. They are super unprofessional I would not suggest coming to this office at all. I have my child missing school for no reason at all. I’m extremely disappointed in this office they had a referral from 2022 they were just about to take my son permanent teeth out his mouth and that’s not why we even came today. At this point it’s all about getting the insurance money. Ginger is the manager here she don’t even come out the office to get things done or help with the situation she letting her assistant get all the heat super unprofessional Ginger!!!

  I new to this office and so far it’s been a great experience. Ivette and the back office staff have been great. Dr. Vo is the best. He’s very thorough, professional and friendly.

  Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! Been bringing my mom for over year and they still can't fix her teeth. The manager doesn't do anything and denied servicing my mom by just walking around the clinic while my mother was waiting for her at the waiting room waiting her time! Furthermore, she can't fix my mom's payment error, after my mother paid in-full. They're charging her after not owing them a dime! Ginger needs to be gone!!! If you talk to her, she won't even have the audacity to make eye contact and apologize for any inconvenience. This place deserves no stars

  Ivette was friendly and patience when explaining services and charges that I didn't understand. I left the office with a smile thanks to Ivette and the excellent doctors and x-ray technician.
