::Be very careful when dealing with WH&H. Tried to work with them to perform a simple hardwood floor replacement. They were completely incompetent. They did not have the materials on hand when they confirmed our appointment at their showroom. When we informed them we decided to pursue other options for our flooring needs, they sent us a flood of nasty email's and a bill for $200! This was for their "consultation" fee and for providing us three hardwood samples, which were returned to them after we looked at them. Horrible customer service! Horrible experience! If you're looking to update your hardwood floors, work with a retailer that specializes in hardwood flooring - not this "one stop design shop" that doesn't know a thing about hardwood flooring or customer service.
