  Outstanding customer service, selection and prices. Just finished remodeling my bathroom and couldn't have done it without the help of Joe D and the rest of the staff. His advice and experience made a complex project much easier and the final result is spectacular. And when I needed help on his day off, everyone else in the showroom pitched right in. Pricing was comparable to "legitimate" on-line vendors of new merchandise, delivery of all items was on-time as promised, and everything was placed in my garage for easy access. It was the perfect professional experience.

  Horrible service. Prices are way over inflated. All the items have a list price that seems to be copied and pasted from Kohler website. Same upc number in a real plumbing store, comes to more then 40% lower then their list price. It seems that the sale people care more about their commission then answer questions they can't answer..
