I put in an order online and it charged my account. Walked here to pick it up and the manager said he didn't get an order and shrugged and said he can't do anything. Called corporate office and they said they didn't see the order and that we should just contact the bank, after a lengthy call with them. The manager at the very least should have tried to contact corporate but instead he was busy and didn't care. Disappointed with both the chain and this location. Wish I could rate the food but my entire lunch break was spent dealing with completely unhelpful employees and I wasn't in the mood to buy another two person meal after that. Considering how amazing all the places in the area are including the Burger King, it's not worth the time dealing with this kind of behavior from a national franchise.

Wow I had the best service of my life!!! This curly hair young guy is so kind and patient with clarifying orders. My food also turned out delicious and FAST. Chicken parm is good, same as garlic fries

They remodel the inside. An even better place to eat than before. Service and food are always on par. Would much rather eat here than the McDonald's in Bellevue

I really like Wendy's normally. Tonight, though, it was not tasty. The only positive was that staff at the window of the drive in was friendly. I ordered a number 6 with a diet coke. The fries were soggy and seemed stale. I ended up only having 3 or 4 and throwing the rest out. My bun was hard on the bottom - like crouton hard. The chicken was over done so it was a s almost as crunchy as the bread. The pop was ok, I guess. The food sucked and was certainly not worth 12 bucks.

Food was on par with every other fast food joint, although their newly added strawberry frosty is heads and tails better than anything else equivalent. The lobby is under construction so no sitting down to eat here, and on top of that they forgot several things on my order making me come back which is not that big of a deal I guess. Overall I would recommend going back here but only if necessary. Much better options and close vicinity.
