  I have never been NOT helped so courteously. There are 6 people behind the counter, 2 tellers actually helping customers inside 1 at drive thru and ...3 supervising. Also there was an additional 3 people in the lobby for loans and etc...also not helping anyone. And finally the manager waking out when staff related complaints..not helping and then returning to her office. My wait time to get a quick withdrawal was 25 minutes total with only 4 people ahead of me when I entered. All I needed to do was get a thousand bucks in cash. Can't do that from the atm unfortunately. When the customers in the lobby asked for someone to help speed it up..the response was that the staff are only able to do specific jobs...including the supervisors. The branch manager came out, walked behind the counter, didn't address the customers, then went back to her office. Maybe they need less supervisors and more workers. That being said...I do not recommend this location. The management team clearly needs to be retrained. And the team needs cross trained. The only reason this location can stay in business is that Wells Fargo is on the sign. If this was an independent bank..I believe it would tank. This Wells Fargo does not meet the standard of customer care and courtesy that I expect.

  Wells Fargo definitely has had multiple problems over the years this place I do not recommend people to bank with any Wells Fargo at all it took forever for Wells Fargo to resolve my issue that is why I left and not answering questions about various charges related to my account it took forever but my issue was finally resolved after that I left Wells Fargo months later they ended up getting busted on the news for lying to customers about various accounts opened up in their names that is why I will never do business with institutions such as Wells Fargo Chase or Bank of America

  Speedy service and the bankers are super helpful. I've never had a bad experience.
