  The staff is great, but it’s the drive through that gets one star. They seriously need to update it. I always feel like I’m going to scape my car or hit a curb. If there are three people in the atm line, you cannot get to the commercial lane. Ridiculous.

  My mother passed away and I was just trying to close out her accounts and the lady was EXTREMELY rude to me. I don’t use chase bank but was considering it at one point but I would NEVER use them as a bank.

  Hit the atm. Weird drive thru with poor visibility, but it was quick and easy.

  This bank is the crappist bank I ever been to since the day I started they have issue, their systems are always down and any simple transaction take over 30 mins to complete. I will be cancelling and taking my money else where
