  Large parking lot behind the bank. Always had quick service going to a teller at this location. Very nice inside and a large location central to everything.

  gotta be 1 of the best wells Fargo's I've been to. Even though they had some employee call outs, and some system issues, and they were past closing time, their professionalism was still above and beyond. Vincent is the one that took care of my issues with the best customer service I've worked with. He handled everything with ease. Everyone else there was very pleasant as well.

  This place is ridiculous when it comes to customer service. Went in at 5:30 to be told that they would not take my deposit 1)because it was a "business" deposit, and it was after 5:00 pm, there is nothing on their website indicating such rule, and 2) because I had loose coins that would need to be rolled. I pointed out that I had made a similar deposit just days ago, in fact several, and was not told of this new "rule" that the so called manager claimed was in affect for 3 weeks. She pushed my deposit back out through the little window and told me to roll my coins. Eventually her manager came over and told me that they would take the deposit. After much arguing about the rudeness and change in their new "policy," I ended up having only ONE role of coins. The first manager didn't bother to determine whether I had extensive amounts of coins, just no loose coin policy. When all was said and done the deposit ended up taking 3 times as long, made her staff have to wait for me to finish a SINGLE roll of coins. So instead of taking five minutes to do a deposit, it took nearly 20 minutes. This woman is power hungry over a stupid roll of coins. I would not go to this branch again ever and I am very close to it. Go to the one downtown or in Fry's. They are 10 minute away but you will save 25 minutes of aggravation and condescending treatment by their staff. I feel sorry for any of the gals and guys who have to work for her
