  This is the third party that processes bank bill pay.....and when my payments were messed up by my local bank (coughs...AZ Fed Credit Union), then it took additional fees, and then they finally returned my payment, which the bank told me that was on 09/21. I went to my bank on 10/06, and they called and spoke to a representative, who then told my bank that they got the payment back on 09/29 and that I would have that refunded to my account within 7-10 days....business, which would make it on 10/13, at the latest, so these folks sent me an email at 4am this morning to let me know that they don't know why the payment was returned (which they do), and that it will take ANOTHER 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. So, they have managed to keep my money since 09/21 and are saying I will get my money back after they keep it for a month. A MONTH!!!! I will not use bill pay EV ER AGAIN. Third party bullsh**t. So glad I could give you all extra cash to play with for at least a 3 1/2 weeks. My personal goal is to share this information and educate other about how bill pay is used, ran, and shed a little light on this business.
