::The manager at this branch thinks she owns the bank, she is very disrespectful and threat, insult customers… she stops the line every time people come in and say the bank is running out of cash… she be harassing the new teller by not working but standing behind her the whole time she is working… you can even sense the uncomfortableness in the new teller- customer service zero star

::Went to this location today, I was a bit apprehensive as Banks in business districts are usually not the most helpful or friendly. I was presently surprised from the moment I walk in. I walked in and was instantly greeted and welcomed by Katrin Stone. She helped me with a document and I was on my way in minutes. Great idea having such a helpful and pleasant person desk near the door!

::it is impossible to get through to an officer of the bank to clarify a fraud issue. People on the help line are limited in what they will tell you. it is extremely frustrating to try to reach anyone at a senior level

::Went to close bank account and they will not give me a customary cashiers check. People here don't know any banking acumen and courtesy. I stepped out and called WF customer service and they will send me a check. What a waste this branch is.
