::This bank is horrible. They have changed over to a new company and messed up my direct deposit and are doing nothing to resolve the issue.

::I must say I had the pleasure of doing transactions with Ms Lisa Thompson, earlier this month. I was encountering some trouble with a cashier check, that I needed the funds to be available in my account. She went above and beyond to make sure my money would be cleared and ready for the closing of my home, at the time I was scheduled to do so. Thank you so much Ms Thompson you are awesome.

::I understand I’m 17 but I work and out of school and just let my mom come and take my money when every its ok I’ll be up there tomorrow for my and close the account

::I have called several times for 30 minutes and no one answers. I get disconnected or the message, "the call can't be answered at this time." I have also tried every prompt. Senior Management should take a look at this as it doesn't reflect 'professionalism' on the Credit Union which is not good. Seems you've recently updated your menu. Please update it again.

::Apparently they are allowed to make arbitrary decisions about whether or not they cash members' checks. First I was told to wait 6 months before cashing a personal check, then after six months, I did so with no problem at their main campus. However, I went to cash a personal check today at the Midtown branch and was told that they could not do this without having the funds in my Emory account, despite providing proof that the account I was drawing from had more than enough to cover the requested check. This credit union sucks. Stay away. Or at least the midtown branch. Whoever the manager is over there is a complete and total jackass.
